  Recorded by Jawbox legend J Robbins you won't be surprised to learn that the teaser song sounds great. Dealing with dark things that go on behind closed doors, this is Leave Town...

I look at all the houses here
and wonder what goes on inside
Open up the doors and see what
all these bricks and roses hide
I read about it in the news,
I thought about it late at night,
I want you to come to my house
And feel what pain is really like.

Tell you (tell you)
Get out (get out)
Tell you (tell you)
Leave town

I look at all the buildings here
and wonder what goes on inside
Open up the files and see what
all these marble temples hide
I read about it in the news,
I thought about it late at night,
I want you to come to my house
And feel what pain is really like.

Tell you (tell you)
Get out (get out)
Tell you (tell you)
Leave town

I can rip out all my hair,
cut my nose to spite my face;
I can read entire threads,
I fill my heart with misery
I can look inside the hole
where someone said my heart should be;
I see the pupil of the beast;
always staring back at me!

I look at all the houses here
and wonder what goes on inside
Open up the doors and see what
all these bricks and roses hide
I read about it in the news,
I thought about it late at night,
I want you to come to my house
And feel what pain is really like.

Tell you (tell you)
Get out (get out)
Tell you (tell you)
Leave town
