I'm sure you're all already familiar with Das Kapitans (https://www.facebook.com/daskapitans) by now so I don't really need to say anything about them other than if you've been living on a desert island for the last 18 months or so go fill your boots : https://daskapitansband.bandcamp.com/
Now to the reason for having them back today... they feature on a compilation album from Socks On Records (https://www.facebook.com/socksonrecords) titled Standing With Ukraine. There's 28 tracks on there at the moment though it says more to be added over time. There's a number of bands that have featured on here (such as Mark Murphy & The Meds, Rites Of Hadda, Al Pacinos Sister & Hummer) and a hell of a lot more that are new to me. The main selling point though is that ALL proceeds are going to The British Red Cross to help the victims of the war in the Ukraine.
