I've got to be honest. I like a bit of gritty, melodic punk rock. Stuff like Tearjerker, Rivalry and Bear Away would be recent favourites. So it makes sense I'm enjoying the new Self Titled ep by Great Silence (https://www.facebook.com/greatsilencepunk).
They're a band with members from Warrington, Manchester and Stoke. They line up thus; Will Atkinson (bass/vocals), Dec O'Reilly (guitar/vocals), Joe Watson (guitar/vocals) & Hendrik Buchheister (drums). Their debut 7 track ep is now available on cd and digital download via Little Rocket Records and it's bloody good.
