Today's update features a new song from a band that's been around since the back end of 1979. Originally formed in Reno, Nevada by two sets of brothers (Kevin Seconds, Steve Youth & Tom Munist, Dim Menace) 7 Seconds have been a mainstay of the hardcore punk scene.
