"Hey it's been a while, we have a new album out"
And what a great album it is.
Youth Avoiders (https://www.facebook.com/YouthAvoiders) are a hardcore punk band from Paris. They first featured on here 10 years ago (https://justsomepunksongs.blogspot.com/2016/07/youth-avoiders-face-up-to-it.html).
Featuring a line up of Christopher Gaultier (Vocals), Christoph Schmidt (Guitars), Nicolas Bazire (Bass) & Marlon Roux (Drums), they're a band that turn out hardcore punk just the way I like it. Powerful and punchy, lyrically on point and with hooks and melody.
It's been 8 years since their last release (Relentless) but they return with an early contender for album of the year. It's titled Defiance and you can order it on vinyl here :
