  Slightly Less Infected are the hard hitting St Louis band who featured on Just Some Punk Songs early last year following the release of their It's Only A Flesh Wound demo (http://justsomepunksongs.blogspot.co.uk/2016/01/slightly-less-infected-witchy.html).

  Today they return with a song from debut album Moist. Blending hardcore punk with garage rock the album is an ear bleedingly brutal affair with "unique, almost atonal, chord progressions and shouty, simplistic choruses."   The band line up with Sheena Von Killer (vocals), Heather Parker (guitar/vocals), Erin Neill (bass) and Brandon Vitale (drums). Heather and Brandon are also members of Nicotine Overdose alongside Life On Mars' Todd Parker  (https://murdercow.bandcamp.com/album/demo) and are working on that band's debut album.

Slightly Less Infected - Witchy

  A new band today featuring Heather Jacket (Parker) from Jane Doe (http://justsomepunksongs.blogspot.co.uk/2015/10/jane-doe-jane-doe.html) and Brandon Vitale from Life On Mars (http://justsomepunksongs.blogspot.co.uk/2015/10/life-on-mars-all-sports-suck.html).

 From St Louis, Missouri, Slightly Less Infected have only been together for a few months (their first gig is at The Haunt, St Louis, on Sunday Jan 17th) and have just released a demo called It's Only A Flesh Wound. Joining Heather and Brandon are vocalist Sheena Von Killer and bassist Jack Destruction. The demo was recorded live and it's an uncompromising hardcore assault that suggests the debut album that's penned in for later this year will definitely be one to watch out for.
