White Pages - No Hair No Flair
"...a wild and malicious sound that lies somewhere between The Germs and The Oblivians. Great stuff!"
White Pages are a raucous "garage punk trash" 3 piece from Cambridge, Massachusetts who list their influences as Dangerhouse and Rip Off Records as well as Black Randy And The Metro Squad and country singer David Allan Coe. Featuring Joe Sutton (guitar/vocals), Christine Moore (bass/vocals) and Simon (drums), they appeared on the scene in 2010 with a s/t self released demo cassette which they followed up a year later with the Demonstration 2011 cassette. Their first venture onto vinyl was the White Pages ep on Can't Stand Ya! Records and there's also been a couple of splits. The song I'm posting today though is taken from the Bam Bam ep (which was named after wrestler Terry Ray Gordy sr), again released on Can't Stand Ya! and was from last year.
Noisy, incomprehensible and rather tremendous, this is No Hair No Flair.....
