Neighborhood Brats are the San Francisco punk band who were formed in 2010 by vocalist Jenny Angelillo and guitarist George Rager and who over the course of the next 5 years burned brightly before bowing out due to the various pressures of being in a band taking their toll. They left us with a bunch of great records and a disappointment that they had called it a day just as they were hitting their stride.
Those releases included a bunch of killer eps, the No Sun No Tan comp and excellent debut album Recovery. They'd certainly left their mark.
Then in 2016 they returned, playing a bunch of dates and with Angelillo & Rager being joined by Gabe Katz (drums) and Tony Teixeira (bass). Next month will see them release a new 7" single.
