Brad Pot are from Melbourne, Australia and line up with Brad Pot, Tristan Trashcan, Wavy Gravy and Steve (whom I assume couldn't be bothered to think up a whacky name). I've seen plenty of comparisons with The Buzzcocks bandied about but they ain't as straight up edgy pop punk as Pete Shelley's mob. Granted there's plenty of catchy hooks and songs like Bullshit could have fit nicely onto Another Music In A Different Kitchen but overall there's a bit more of a garage vibe and maybe a little more inventive quirkiness. Forget the comparisons, Brad Pot are releasing an early contender for best album of 2017 and that's all you really need to know.
